Return Policy
Please review the following terms regarding product returns:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returns of five (5) boxes or more are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- If your order contains incorrect items due to an error, it must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and undamaged, in their original packaging.
- Opened or damaged items are not eligible for return.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items to Flooring Titan Inc.

Please familiarize yourself with our shipping terms:
1. Delivery Method
- All deliveries are curbside only. Any upgraded services, such as White-Glove Delivery, must be arranged in advance with Flooring Titan Inc.
2. Delivery Inspection
- Inspect all materials at the time of delivery.
- Report any damages or discrepancies on the Bill of Lading provided by the delivery personnel.
- Flooring Titan Inc. cannot accept responsibility for issues not documented at the time of delivery.
- Photographs of any damage are highly recommended.
3. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only. No deliveries are available on weekends or holidays.
4. Shipping Timeline
- Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 days of purchase.
- Estimated delivery is within 3 to 10 days after shipping, depending on location.
