Receiving Your Order: Upon arrival of the freight carrier with your flooring order, please make sure to note with the delivery driver of any damages to your flooring order. Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. If you sign the delivery receipt without noting the damages, you are confirming your order was delivered in full withNO damages whatsoever. A refund or replacement material willNOT be issued.

Shipping Transit Times/Delivery Dates: All delivery dates are estimated. Flooring Titan Inc. All orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than a Truckload) carriers with a transit time of up to 15 days. The carriers will contact the receiver to schedule a delivery appointment. All deliveries are curbside, the delivery driver is NOT allowed to take any material inside your home/jobsite.

Refund/Return Policy: We accept returns for exchange 7 days after the receipt of the order. At our discretion after 7 calendar days no returns can be accepted. Only sealed flooring boxes are eligible for return/exchange.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on (1) opened boxes (2) molding or trim (4) accessories or underlayments.

Installed product is considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the items.

Grading:

Premium Grade (Select Grade, Prime Grade, Clear Grade) Flooring contains natural characteristics such as small knots and minor color variations. It has a more uniform color and longer average plank length compared to Character/Rustic grade flooring products. ALL Premium grade products are considered "first" quality. When purchasing this grade be sure to add 5%-7% to complete the project.

Character Grade/Light Character Grade Products will include variable amounts of milling, grading, and/or finishing defects; however, such imperfections should still provide a fully install-able floor. When purchasing this grade be sure to add 10%-15% to complete the project.
